Davey’s Rolling

Davey, our 1960 Ford Falcon, is back on the road! After our failed 24-hour countdown to get it to Winfield’s show last weekend, we’ve fixed the brake line issue that stalled us at 6 in the morning. The Falcon first got rolling Thursday night and by Friday he was ready for an introductory small outing. Saturday Ethan and I rebuilt the rear brakes, solidifying the Falcon’s stopping power, and got the newly-painted hood back on.

We’ve still got some issues to iron out, like timing and such – but progress continues and we can’t wait to putz around the streets in our sweet “new” Ford Falcon!
